08/09/2010, L.A. County Coroner — Victim identified as Marciano Luna, D.O.B. 11/2/1983. Residence: 23700 block of Costa Brava, Newhall 91321. Occupation: None listed. Per coroner: Victim was listening to his iPod while sitting on the tracks and didn't hear the train whistle. Toxicology report should be available in 8-10 weeks. Until then, no final ruling on accident vs. suicide. Coroner Case No. 5215.
