Surveillance photos show four suspects — three men and a woman, believed to be 18-20 years old — who climbed to the roof of a shopping center on Via Princessa in Canyon Country one night in late July and cut loose an advertising blimp owned by West Coast Coffee Company. Detectives are asking the public for help in identifying the suspected vandals. Leon Worden reports.
